Don't worry! The Max Meditation System™ is a simple and effective way to learn how to meditate. An instructor will guide you throughout the session and will help you learn to use deep breathing techniques along with passive, active, and guided visualization so you'll be sure to have a relaxing and mindful experience. You are always in control and, if you feel uncomfortable at any time, you can simply open your eyes to stop the meditation. Even if you are skeptical, our Gig Harbor meditation classes will effortlessly allow your active thinking mind to settle down to a state of deep inner calm.

I'm an experienced meditator. How will the Max Meditation System™ benefit me?

For the more experienced meditation practitioner, this system can enhance your existing practice! A complementary blend of ancient methods learned from prominent teachers in India and Tibet, the Max Meditation System™ is designed to teach you how to get the most out of your meditation practice.

This system was developed by Gudni Gudnason after 35 years of world travel centered around the exploration of the phenomena of the mind. It is a fusion of the ancient techniques of yoga and mind acrobatics and mixed with the modern techniques of psychology and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Through instructor-led sessions with Linda of Inspired By Peace, LLC, you'll experience this highly effective system of guided visualization to achieve deeper states of self-healing, relaxation, and revitalization!

Do I need to bring anything specific to the class?

We want you to be comfortable, so wearing clean, loose-fitting clothing and a pair of non-slip socks will be ideal for this class. But if you are coming straight from work, don't worry about your clothing — just come as you are! Please avoid wearing strong scents or perfumes. For your comfort, our serene meditation room has both chairs and cushions for sitting during the classes.
